Due to continued growth, Carey Civil Contractors are looking for an Administration Trainee to join their team. This is your opportunity to get a foot in the door and commence your admin career in an environment where you’ll be provided with lots of training and support.
Providing administration business support to both the Gordon and Melbourne offices, you’ll liaise with team members, enter construction information into their electronic system for record keeping, and ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
To succeed as Carey Civil Contactors’ Administration Trainee, you’ll need to show us your:
- Willing and proactive attitude towards learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Punctuality, reliability and commitment to getting the job done
- Ability to demonstrate initiative
- Sound Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Confidence to get in and have a go and learn from your mistakes
This position is based at Gordon and the hours of work are:
Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
You will be required to undertake a Certificate III in Business Administration and an above traineeship award wage will be negotiated with the successful candidate. In addition, Carey Civil Contractors offer various perks for their employees.
