Join the Inspire HQ team and work with us to build great workplaces. As the Payroll Specialist you are responsible for providing high-level payroll and associated human resource (HR) tasks to our valued clients. You will regularly engage with clients and their employees to build effective relationships, understand their payroll function and provide accurate payroll processing and reporting services. You will work closely with our HR Strategists to support the delivery of HR consulting services, as well as manage our labour hire payroll and support our finance and internal payroll functions.

You don’t need to have managed payroll services for clients to join our team (although it would be helpful). If you are an experienced payroll professional, with sound technical knowledge, experienced in interpreting a wide range of awards and EBA’s, have used a variety of accounting/payroll systems and have awesome interpersonal skills, we can teach you the rest. Managing multiple payrolls and supporting other IHQ teams will require you to juggle competing priorities; be self-directed; and plan and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.
