Reporting to the CEO, the People and Culture Manager is a newly created position, responsible for leading the design, delivery and implementation of the organisations People Strategy. Working closely with the senior leadership team, the role requires a strong mix of strategic leadership and operational management expertise to deliver outcomes aligned with the Purpose, Vision and Values.
Success in this role will require;
- A consultative and collaborative approach with the ability to effectively engage, influence and negotiate across all levels of the organisation.
- Identifying, developing and implementing key organisational culture, engagement and change initiatives, and
- Managing workforce planning for the organisation including forecasting, job design, recruitment, selection and onboarding.
You’ll have had extensive experience in Human Resource Management roles, hold relevant tertiary qualifications and be highly knowledgeable in regard to industrial relations, legislative requirements and culture change. The ability to lead, coach and develop people will come naturally to you.
