Reporting to the CEO, the Corporate Services Manager has responsibility for the finance and admin, ICT and Supply Chain teams and is a member of the Senior Management team. In this hands on role you will balance leading and managing a team and providing strategic direction while remaining hands on in managing the finance and accounting function. As an experienced people leader, you will be well versed in leading, coaching and developing a small team to achieve outcomes.
Degree and ideally CA/CPA qualified, you will have a proven background in managing the finance and accounting function including monthly financial reporting, annual budgeting for all entities, cash management, costing and pricing. You will work closely with the ICT Manager and the Supply Chain Manager to develop strategies and enhance these business functions to support the business operations.
The role requires an experienced people leader who is relationship focused and can lead and motivate team members to achieve. Strong commercial acumen, a proven track record in managing the risk, statutory and legal obligations of a business is essential as is the ability to roll up your sleeves and balance the operational requirements of the role with providing strategic leadership and direction. Well-developed stakeholder management skills, a collaborative approach and high levels of initiative and drive will be the key to your success.
