The Executive Manager, Client Outcomes is accountable for leading and managing a team of professional community services managers (6 direct reports) to deliver high quality outcomes that have the client at the centre of all that Cafs does. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Executive team, this role will provide organisational leadership for strategy, performance, risk management, service excellence and best use of culture in policy, system and process design.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Collaborating with sector allies
- Ensuring the delivery of programs are in line with client needs
- Leading a team in ensuring Cafs practice is evidence based
- Managing, coaching and leading
- Leading continuous change programs and improvement initiatives
