This weeks blog comes to you as a podcast. I was honoured this week to be interviewed by Ryan Waight for his weekly podcast; The Mindset Project.

We talked all things recruitment and about starting a business from scratch. I must say it was exciting to take a trip down memory lane and reflect on the Inspire HQ journey. Sometimes we don’t stop and smell the roses enough.

Ryan is a leadership and performance guru who has worked with individuals (many high profile individuals and elite athletes) and coached and mentored them to achieve success in whatever it is they do or aspire to do. He’s a published author, a lover of sport and a conversation with Ryan leaves you feeling motivated and inspired.

You can check out more of Ryan’s podcasts, the services he offers and purchase his book at http://ryanwaightperformance.com/

I hope you enjoy the interview, are able to take something away from it and if you are thinking about taking that leap of faith and starting your own business; don’t forget to back yourself, mindset and resilience is everything.
