Annualised Salary Changes 2020

As part of the four yearly review of modern awards, the Fair Work Commission handed down a decision which will impact business’ paying annualised salaries to your employees covered by a selection of modern awards. A set-off clause and above Award salary is no longer sufficient. We are now required to adhere to several new obligations in relation to notification, record keeping and wage reconciliation obligations. Are you ready?
