Minimum wage to rise 3.5% – Are you paying enough?

The biggest minimum wage rise since 2010 will see a 3.5% increase in the National Minimum Wage and modern award rates from 1 July 2018. The Fair Work Commission points to ‘healthy national economy and labour market’ in making decision to raise minimum wage to $719.20 a week.

With a 6.8% increase in last 12 months (including the 2017 increase), the question is, are you paying your employees enough?
