Inspire HQ is an entrepreneurial professional services firm providing recruitment, human resources and careers services across Ballarat and Regional Victoria. Now in our 11th year of operation, we exist to build great workplaces. We do this by fostering quality, long-term relationships, being experts in our field and living our values of No Bull$#!t, Doing What’s Right, Being Great Together and Having the Courage to Do Things Differently.
We are looking for a commercially minded, relationship-driven Account Manager / Relationship – Sales Consultant to join our team and help drive the next stage of our growth. This is an opportunity for a natural salesperson who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and turning conversations into commercial outcomes. You’ll inherit an existing portfolio of clients to service and grow, while actively pursuing new business opportunities across Ballarat and Regional Victoria.
Working directly with business owners, people managers, HR professionals and leadership teams, you’ll build a strong understanding of their business needs, identify opportunities to add value and connect clients with the right solutions across our recruitment, HR and careers services. Experience in professional services, recruitment, HR or a related B2B environment would be advantageous, but we’re more interested in your ability to build relationships, sell solutions and deliver results than the industry you’ve come from.
If you’re motivated by clear KPIs, enjoy having ownership of your results and thrive in an environment where initiative and resilience are rewarded, you’ll fit right in. At Inspire HQ, you’ll have the flexibility and autonomy to develop your own approach, backed by an established brand, an existing client base and an admin team that frees you up to focus on what you do best: building relationships, winning business and growing revenue.

Are you ready to be the steady hand behind a business that’s been getting it right since 1946?
DE Quarry Solutions has spent nearly 80 years earning its reputation the hard way, through hard work, hands-on expertise and a refusal to cut corners. What started as Lindsay Eldridge hauling road materials around South West Victoria, has grown into a business trusted by construction companies, councils and developers across Victoria, Southern NSW and South Australia. Still privately owned, still family run, and still built on the same hands on values it started with nearly 80 years ago.
This isn’t a role where you’ll be boxed into one lane. Based largely on your own in the office and reporting straight to ownership, you’ll be the one holding it all together. From finance and accounting, asset administration and tender coordination to the day to day running of the administration function. This is the role you’ve been waiting for, one that puts the full breadth of your capability to work. You’ll move fluidly between the detail and the bigger picture, with the autonomy to own your process.

When Ballarat teenager Fiona Elsey lost her battle with cancer in 1991, her courage inspired a community to act. Inspired and motivated by Fionas determination, the community that had loved and supported her, created a cancer research facility in her home town of Ballarat, in regional Victoria. FECRI is mostly dependent on the remarkable generosity of the Institute’s community of donors. It is because of their continued support that this most critical research into cancer continues.
FECRI is looking for a Community Engagement Manager to help look after the people and businesses who make this research possible. It’s a role built on relationships: getting to know local businesses, earning their trust and turning their goodwill into long-term support for the Institute. You’ll work alongside a small, close team and the Fundraising Committee, and while events are one way you’ll bring supporters closer to the cause, the heart of the job is the partnerships behind them.

Set amongst beautiful cottage gardens, the facility currently provides care for 65 residents and 19 independent living units. At your core, you are a people leader who invests in the growth of those around them, delegates with confidence, holds teams accountable with care, and understands that lasting organisational transformation is built through people, not despite them.
Why join JCAC?

This is your opportunity to lead real impact and change, to build on a strong brand and reputation with an organisation that contributes to a thriving regional community.
